Los Angeles Immigration attorney Haleh Mansouri received her Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School where she was a scholarship recipient, President of the International Law Society and Associate Justice of the Moot Court Honors Board. She also studied international human rights law at the Henry Dunant Institute in Geneva, Switzerland and the International Human Rights Institute in Strasbourg, France. She has been practicing Immigration Law since 1996.
Haleh Mansouri is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has dedicated her life to helping individuals with their immigration needs. She has successfully presented cases before the USCIS, Department of Labor, U.S. Consulates, Los Angeles Asylum office, Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Mansouri is a native of Iran and speaks Farsi and Spanish. As an immigrant herself, she is a strong advocate of immigrant rights and has taught and lectured on this most complex and ever changing area of law. She has also worked with various international organizations including Amnesty International, UNHCR and UNESCO. As a dedicated and effective practitioner she understands the highly demanding nature of this field of law and is committed to providing the best representation possible for all of her clients.
